Jenny is a Transformational Intimacy coach with an emphasis in Brainspotting, Kink Friendly BDSM Therapy, and helping people to more authentically connect. She uses a relational way of being with her clients to share with them their real time impact on her, and offer suggestions on how to fine tune a different way to relate, so they may get even more connection, pleasure, and confidence than ever before.

Jenny believes that if we can release and integrate the shame, trauma, and misguided beliefs from our painful past experiences, and learn a new way to be in intimacy with others - we will powerfully transform ourselves and the world around us. Life will become effortlessly blissful, peaceful, and enjoyable. When we have our needs of love and connection met in a way that fills us up rather than takes us down - we can share our true gifts with the world and devote our magic to make this world a better place. This is Jenny’s “why.”

Her heightened interest in sexuality began in 2012, when she was introduced to BDSM and non-monogamy. She was amazed that what she previously saw as taboo was actually filled with immense amounts of trust, respect, communication, authentic expression, acceptance, and healing. By challenging the status quo of what relationships are “supposed” to look like, she discovered a depth, connection, and freedom she never knew could exist in intimate relationships. Lifting this veil is ultimately what led her into becoming a coach.

Jenny has been practicing intimacy coaching, BDSM therapy with shadow integration, and Tantric embodiment for over 4 years. She has trained extensively with The Somatica® Institute, BDSM Mentor, Midori, and Brainspotting Trainer, Lisa Larson, with the Pacific Counseling and Trauma Center.

Her completed trainings includes: Somatica® Training, Somatica® Character Training, Midori’s Forte Femme for Female DominanceRope Dojo, and The Exquisite Whip Pt. 1 & Pt. 2. Jenny is also trained in the PTSD supportive therapy, Brainspotting, which uses bilateral sound and focused eye gaze to access the midbrain and release trapped energy. Jenny is currently training to become certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnosis for altered states of consciousness.

Jenny feels it’s her life’s purpose is to help clients heal their past. With all her different tools, she’s able to give bespoke experiences to fine tune the support each client needs. She loves guiding clients to discover their true self, and encourage them to embody new ways of being that bring them more freedom, connection, and love in their lives. The juiciest parts of her work include: trauma release with brainspotting, deshamifying, erotic embodiment, discovering ourselves sexually, introduction into dominance/submission, and relationship repair.

Jenny sees individuals and couples in-person in Berkeley, CA and online, hosts in-person workshops, and creates bespoke 1:1 retreats for high-achieving individuals.
